e poi, il terzo pulsante (quello inutilizzato) sul tunnel centrale non ha la scritta AUTO? che serva ad azionare il cruise per caso?

se ti riferisci al pulsante sotto quello CITY e ASR ti sbagli, serve per attivare il cambio automatico ei modelli selespeed...

My companions of the CFSE (Club Fiat Stilo España) have managed to do the installation in a JTD, now I go with my 1.6. This one is my conector:









The connections to the switchboard of injection it would be the following ones :

PIN 33 to A5 of D4 with color ZIAN
PIN 17 to A2 of D4 with color GREEN
PIN 41 to A4 of D4 with color WHITE/ RED
PIN 21 to A3 of D4 with color WHITE/ ORANGE



But, there´s a problem, on JTD there are 2 parts of bowrn conector, in my car, there´s only one part brown with 4 conections.



I suppose that those 2 conection more are specific on JTD engine, but ... what do you think ??

And one question more ... will I have the conections of brake and clutch ?? or will I have to wire up them ?? I´m sure that I will have to wire them but, I don´t know which are the connections of brake and clutch, somebody knows ??

The two wires are specific for JTd, infact they are connect to the sensor of oil level that is present only on the Jtd engine...

Well, today I have continued a bit more with the Cruise Control. Already I have the wire and it´s connected with the pines from the conector D9 until Tuesday comes the leva of Alfa 147

I have put a card to connect all, though that on 1.6 D9 is only a terminal.





I have dismantled the left side:



I needed to pass one cable from inside to outside of the car and this is form to make it. I have dismantled the plastic of pilot´s door. To the bottom there is a stopper of plastic. There´s other one in the same position but in the right side (copilot´s door).





In this picture appears the stopper of plastic:




Now, we pass the wire:







We make a hole with the necesary diameter to pass the wire:



That´s ok !




We mount all the dismantled things and guard the cable in the miniglove compartment until I receive the levy.



I have used a lan cable with 4 pairs. I have connected 2 to 1, that is, each color and white color to the color of the conector.

Green and white green to green of D9
Brown and white brown to white red of D9
Orange and white orange to white orante of D9
Blue and white blue to zian of D9



It´s necesary one wire more, power to the leva. But, I will use a cable with more diameter and a 7´5 Amp fuse.







One of the thing most important that I don´t know is which are the pines to wich I have to connect the switch of brake and if in the 1.6 16V already the switch of clutch is wired up.

I have so many questions and so few answers...

see the wires of the brake and the cluch... if you are the wire connected tou are ok but if you don't have the wires connected the cruise don't work...

pirignogno, do you know which pines are the correct ??? From brown conector of the body computer to the central of inyection ?

I need something like this but specific for 1.6 16V ... I haven´t got the DTE ...

the brake is connected in the pin C6 of the connector D4A and in the pin 50 of the M10 (injiction).

the clutch is connected in the pin A2 of the connector D4A and in the pin 34 of the M10 (injiction).

But, D4A is the BLACK conector under the batery, isn´t it ?



I had thought to connect from the brown conector of the body computer towards the conector M10 of the switchboard of injection.




But, I think that connect to D4A to M10 is more easy ..... It´s a shorter way ....

Upsss ... 2 forms different ... In spain one guy have used the first one (from body computer to M10) and all was OK !
